• Our policy for handling information that can identify a specific individual (hereafter, “personal information”) provided by our clients via requests and inquiries submitted on our website, requests made using a request form, and inquiries made via e-mail and the telephone are described below.
• “Personal information” refers to information that can identify a client, such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
• When we collect personal information, we specify the objective for which it is collected and limit the personal information collected to the scope necessary.
• We strive to appropriately manage the personal information we have obtained  and to prevent leaks, falsification, and fraudulent intrusions.
• We do not provide or disclose the personal information we have obtained to third parties, with the following exceptions.
  1. We have received a formal request for application and/or inquiry from a party with the legal authority to make such inquiries.
  2. The client agrees to such disclosure.
• We will only respond to the client’s inquiries about his/her own personal information and/or requests for revisions when the client’s own identity can be confirmed using the methods stipulated by faro inc.
• We observe with Japanese laws and other regulations that apply to the personal information we hold, and revise and improve on this policy as necessary.
